This small self introduced bird, is now commonly found throughout New Zealand. A small pretty olive green bird with a ring of white feathers around the eye. 

Drawn with Staedeler Ink Pen, the inspiration for this drawing comes from an original photograph taken by the artist at Black Fern Lodge, Waimiha.
